FEA, CFD and particle-flow simulation — proven before you build.
We analyse machines, process plants and pressure equipment with structural FEA, CFD and particle-flow (DEM) simulation, so you invest in manufacturing with data, not assumptions.

Three simulation disciplines, one engineering team
Each study starts from hand calculations, runs on a verified model and ends in a report your designers, fabricators and inspectors can act on.

FEA
Stress, buckling, fatigue and modal analysis of tanks, vessels, frames and rotating equipment, checked against ASME, EN and API codes.
See FEA capabilities →
CFD
Airflow, pressure drop, mixing and conjugate heat transfer in cyclones, dryers, ovens and ducting, validated against test data.
See CFD capabilities →
Particle Flow (DEM)
Hoppers, chutes, conveyors, drums and mixers: flow pattern, blockage, segregation, wear and power draw before you cut steel.
See particle-flow capabilities →Recent work, measured and documented

Questions buyers ask first
Will you sign an NDA before I share drawings or specifications?
Yes. Email us and we send an NDA before you upload anything. Files that arrive through the intake form follow our Blind-Vendor Protocol (client-identifying data stripped) and temporary upload copies are purged within 72 hours.
Can I hire you for just one phase — say, only simulation?
Yes. Engage us for a single phase (design, simulation, drafting, documentation) or for the whole design-to-handover journey. Scope is agreed in writing before work starts.
What file formats can I send?
.STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT and PDF drawings are ideal. If you only have a sketch or a written description, send that — we start from your requirement.
Which standards do you design to?
ASME Section VIII for pressure vessels, EHEDG for hygienic food equipment, DIN and ISO machinery codes, and for Indian domestic appliances the BIS IS 302 series (aligned with IEC 60335-1). Formal certification is carried out by accredited bodies and labs; we prepare the calculations, drawings and test data that support it.
Who will I actually work with?
The engineer who designs your product is the person you speak to — founder and lead engineer Vinay Jyani (B.Tech Mechanical, IIT Guwahati, 9 years in design, thermal and airflow engineering and simulation). No account managers in between.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours you get a technical evaluation: how we would approach the project and what we need from you.
How much does a project cost and how long does it take?
Projects run on a fixed fee or an hourly rate, and a scoped project typically takes 4–12 weeks. Send your requirement and we will scope the price and timeline in writing.
Have a design that needs analysis?
Tell us what you need. We reply within 24 hours with how we would approach it — and we can sign an NDA before you share anything.
